Stucco Walls
Two coats on every wall: a masonry primer, then a mildew-resistant 100% acrylic latex in the color and finish you choose.
Florida sun, rain and mildew wear paint down fast. iPaint USA preps stucco the way our contracts spell out: pressure wash, sealer, then a quality exterior latex in the finish you choose. Free on-site estimates across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade.
The written scope covers every surface by name, so you know exactly what gets painted, repaired or replaced before work starts. A typical exterior project includes:
Two coats on every wall: a masonry primer, then a mildew-resistant 100% acrylic latex in the color and finish you choose.
Pressure cleaned, then primed. Wood that was painted before gets scraped first; bare wood goes straight to primer. Rotted fascia or trim can be cut out and replaced before painting, quoted as a separate line item.
Roof coatings, metal gates and wood or metal fences, added to the same scope when you need them. For natural finishes on wood, see wood staining.
Front doors, side doors and garage doors, painted in the main color or an accent that sets the house apart.
Durability is decided before the finish coat. This is the sequence our exterior contracts specify, step by step:
Chlorine pre-treatment and pressure wash. Up to 3,000 PSI with a chlorine additive, killing mold and mildew instead of just rinsing them off.
Acrylic masonry sealer. Sun turns old paint chalky; paint applied straight over it peels. The sealer locks the surface so the new coats bond.
Crack repair. Hairline and settlement cracks get filled with an elastomeric fibrous patch made to flex under sun, rain and humidity.
Caulking, all the way around. Stucco bands and window frames get sealed 360 degrees to keep water out.
Two finish coats. Masonry primer plus a mildew-resistant exterior latex, in the sheen you pick. Marcelo explains how each finish holds up under Florida sun so the choice is yours, with the product written into the contract.

Balconies, screens, windows, walkways, plants and parked vehicles get covered before the first spray of water or coat of paint. That protection is written into the contract, along with something most companies leave out: if anything gets damaged during the job, fixing it is on us, and so is the cleanup.
A 1,000 to 2,000 square foot home usually takes 2 to 3 days of dry weather. Two-story houses, heavy landscaping, roof work or wood repairs add time, and the timeline goes into the contract. Price follows the same logic: surface area, height, repairs and paint line set the number, so quotes only happen after Marcelo walks the property. The estimate is free, and payment terms are agreed in the written quote before work starts.
Painting inside too? Interior and exterior in the same project usually saves mobilization time: see interior painting.
