Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by iPaint USA, a painting company based in Broward County, Florida. You can reach us at (786) 488-5525.

What this website collects

This section describes the website as of the effective date above. Browsing it does not require an account, and it carries no contact form: we do not ask for your name, address or email to let you read a page. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful, which is described in the next section and which you can turn off. It runs no advertising or profiling trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and operation of the service.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses two kinds of cookies, and nothing else:

  • Essential. A small record of your own cookie choice, kept on your device so we do not ask again on every page. It does not identify you and is not shared with anyone.
  • Analytics (optional). Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly which region they came from. We use it to improve the site. Advertising features and ad personalization are switched off, and we do not use it to build profiles or to follow you across other websites.

Google acts as our processor for this data and may transfer it outside your state or country. Its handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every website you visit with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your choices

Analytics is optional and you are in control of it:

  • Turn it off any time. Use the link at the bottom of any page. Your choice is stored on that device and applies until you change it or clear your browser data.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt out of analytics automatically, with no action needed from you.
  • If you are in Europe. Analytics stays off until you accept it, rather than being on by default.

We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are used in United States state privacy laws. We do not exchange it for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising. While that remains true, there is nothing here for you to opt out of on that front. If it ever changes, this policy is updated first and a clear opt-out control appears on the site, as described under "Changes to this policy" below. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, call or text (786) 488-5525 and we will take care of it.

When you contact us

If you call or text (786) 488-5525, you share your phone number and the content of your message with us. We use that information only to respond, schedule estimates and provide the services you requested. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing purposes.

Google Maps

The footer of every page, and each service area page, embeds a Google Map showing the regions iPaint USA covers. When one of those maps loads, Google receives technical data such as your IP address and may set cookies or read device identifiers, which is processing carried out by Google and not by iPaint USA. That use is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps and Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. The maps show a service area only: iPaint USA has no showroom or walk-in address.

Third-party content and links

As of the effective date above, Google Analytics and the Google Maps embed described above are the only third parties contacted when a page loads. Every image, font and stylesheet is served from our own domain, and no advertising network, social media pixel or content delivery network runs in the pages you read. Any addition to that list is published here before it goes live. The site does link to external services such as Instagram, Facebook and Google. Once you leave this website, the privacy policies of those services apply.

Changes to this policy

This page describes the site as it stands on the effective date above, not as a permanent promise. If the website adds a tool that collects data, such as an advertising pixel, a contact form or a chat widget, this policy is updated before or at the time that tool goes live, the effective date above is revised, and the cookie banner gains the matching control so you can refuse the new category. That is exactly what happened on July 16, 2026, when Google Analytics was added and this page was rewritten to describe it. Statements on this page about what the site does not run are true as of the effective date and are revised whenever that changes.
