See the serviceFree on-site estimate. Marcelo visits the property, walks it with you and looks past the paint: loose stucco, rotted fascia boards, cracks that need sealing. The quote covers labor and materials, and it costs you nothing.
Written contract. Surfaces, prep work, paint brand and colors, timeline, responsibilities and payment schedule. If it is in the contract, it happens on site. If something needs to change mid-job, you approve it first.
Preparation. Plastic and paper over floors, windows, plants and everything that will not be painted. Mold and mildew get a chlorine treatment at up to 3,000 PSI, window frames get caulked all the way around, and stucco gets a masonry sealer so the new paint bonds instead of peeling.
Painting. Quality paint applied in the number of coats the surface really needs, in the sheen you choose. Marcelo walks you through how each finish behaves under Florida sun before you decide.
Walkthrough and payment by progress. Payment follows the progress of the work, on the terms written into your contract. The last payment comes after you walk the finished job with us.
Straight answers. If one coat covers, Marcelo says so. If the wall needs stucco repair before paint, he says that too, at the estimate and in writing.
Work that holds up. A recent client hired us after seeing a neighbor's house we painted 12 years ago still looking good.
Insured on both ends: general liability covering your property and workers’ compensation covering the crew.
An OSHA-compliant, drug-free crew, with employee screening as part of the routine.
The owner on site. The person who quoted your job is the person supervising it.
Protection before paint. Floors, plants, windows and walkways get covered before work starts, and that prep is spelled out in the contract.
iPaint USA is run by Marcelo, a painter who has been quoting, prepping and painting South Florida homes for more than a decade. The company is home-based in Broward County and works within roughly 100 miles of it, which keeps overhead low and communication direct: you talk to the person doing the work, not a call center.
General contractors, architects and interior designers also bring iPaint USA into their projects to execute painting scopes on spec. Read the story behind iPaint USA.
