iPaint USA is run by Marcelo, a painter who has been quoting, prepping and painting South Florida homes for more than a decade. He does the estimate, writes the scope and supervises the job, which is why between 80 and 90 percent of the company's work still arrives by referral: a neighbor's house that held its color, a door someone asked about, a client who called back years later.

What We Believe About Painting
Straight answers at the estimate. What the surface needs gets explained on the spot, in plain language. Anything beyond the agreed scope is approved by you first, with the cost on paper.
Everything in writing. Surfaces, products, colors, timeline, responsibilities. If it is promised at the estimate, it is in the contract.
